MEET TAJAH:
Tajah Lewis brings an inclusive, compassionate, and curious spirit to her work with clients. A graduate student attending Millersville University, Tajah was drawn to the counseling field through a deep awareness of the mental health struggles that affect individuals and communities. Her journey reflects both professional dedication and personal passion, rooted in a belief that every person deserves access to care that is affirming, supportive, and culturally sensitive.
Tajah’s counseling style is grounded in person-centered, DBT, and ACT approaches. She values creating a collaborative environment where clients feel safe to explore their emotions and experiences. By combining structure with flexibility, Tajah meets clients where they are, offering tools that promote resilience and growth while honoring each person’s unique identity and story.

Her special interests include supporting clients facing depression, anxiety, personality disorders, substance use concerns, and trauma. Tajah is especially passionate about serving people of color, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and those experiencing the unique challenges of poverty and systemic stressors. Through her work, she strives to address both the internal struggles her clients face and the external barriers that may stand in the way of their well-being.
Tajah warmly welcomes individuals, couples, and families into her practice. She recognizes that healing often begins in relationships and community, and she creates a safe, affirming environment where people feel accepted and understood. Clients describe her as attentive and empowering—someone who listens deeply and walks alongside them as they take steps toward healing and growth.
Outside of her professional life, Tajah finds balance and joy in caring for herself and her connections with others. She enjoys working out, appreciating the way movement helps her connect with her body and maintain her health. Reading offers her relaxation and a chance to step away from daily stress, while time spent with friends and family nourishes her as a natural extrovert. These passions bring energy, warmth, and authenticity to the care she offers her clients.
