MEET SARA:
Sara is a warm, empathic, and relational therapist who believes that healing begins with a strong therapeutic relationship. Her approach is grounded in kindness, compassion, and deep respect for each person’s journey. Rather than following a rigid model, she meets clients where they are, drawing on a flexible, trauma-informed style rooted in Gestalt theory and mind-body connection.
With over 16 years of experience in both community mental health and university counseling, Sara brings a deep understanding of how identity, life transitions, and systemic factors impact emotional wellbeing. She specializes in supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, mood-related concerns, perimenopausal struggles, and life transitions. As an LGBTQIA+ affirming and social justice-oriented therapist, Sara creates space for clients to feel safe, seen, and understood.
