MEET LYDIA:

     Lydia Ricks is a compassionate mental health professional who graduated with her MS in Clinical Psychology at Millersville University. She is committed to helping clients navigate personal challenges with empathy, respect, and patience, fostering growth and healing in their lives. She provides a safe and supportive space to explore your experiences and move toward growth. Her approach is always client-centered and strengths-based.

     Lydia draws from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and mindfulness-based practices. Lydia is committed to supporting clients in gaining insight into their thoughts and emotions. Her work focuses on individuals facing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, women’s mental health challenges, and addiction. Lydia is also a proud advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community.
