MEET EMMA:

     Relationships are at the heart of a meaningful life—and Emma believes that healing and growth begin within them. She welcomes individuals, couples, and families into a space designed to feel safe, warm, and judgment-free. Her approach is grounded in empathy and collaboration, inviting clients to explore their stories with compassion and curiosity.

Emma earned her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Elizabethtown College. She practices from a person-centered, strengths-based perspective, integrating evidence-based modalities such as Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
