MEET EAMON:
Eamon Coyne is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling candidate at Lebanon Valley College providing therapy at Sun Point Foundation. With 15 years of experience in the wellness field and a background in military service, Eamon brings a grounded, person-centered approach to working with individuals and couples navigating life's challenges.
Eamon's therapeutic style is rooted in person-centered cognitive behavioral therapy and humanistic principles that emphasize collaboration and the therapeutic relationship. He integrates a trauma-focused lens to help clients process difficult experiences, regulate their nervous systems, and reconnect with themselves and their relationships. His approach recognizes that life—and healing—doesn't occur in a vacuum, and that we are dynamic beings living in dynamic environments that require agility, support, and sometimes a trusted companion for the journey.

If you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship concerns, Eamon creates a space where you can explore what's weighing on you without judgment. He works with veterans and first responders who understand the unique challenges of service, men navigating mental health concerns, and anyone wrestling with questions of identity and meaning. Whether you're dealing with communication patterns that aren't working in your relationship, processing difficult experiences from your past, or simply feeling stuck, Eamon offers an empathetic, curious, and collaborative approach to help you move forward.
Eamon's path to counseling emerged from a lifelong commitment to servant leadership and helping relationships. His diverse background includes military service and extensive work in wellness settings, where he identified mental wellness as the missing piece he wanted to help others cultivate. Outside of the therapy room, Eamon finds meaning in CrossFit—where he connects with both his physical and mental state—and in cooking meals to share with loved ones. He often returns to Viktor Frankl's Man's Search for Meaning, a book that continues to inform his understanding of resilience and purpose.
Eamon is a proud father and a dog dad to Marley and Goose. Fatherhood, he says, is his greatest joy.
