MEET DEEAANJ:
Deeaanj is a warm and insightful therapist who is passionate about helping clients feel truly seen and understood. He approaches his work with empathy and openness, creating a space where individuals, couples, and families can explore their challenges without fear of judgment. Deeaanj believes that each client holds strengths that can be uncovered and nurtured through the therapeutic process, and he partners with clients to bring those strengths forward.
In his clinical practice, Deeaanj integrates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness practices. He takes a flexible approach, weaving these techniques into sessions in ways that align with each client’s goals and needs. Whether working with someone who is navigating stress or supporting a couple seeking deeper connection, Deeaanj adapts his methods to fit the unique story of the client in front of him.
