MEET AMEERAH:
Ameerah is a compassionate and dedicated therapist who creates a safe and welcoming space for individuals, couples, and families. She brings a calm presence and an open mind to her work, helping clients feel at ease as they explore their challenges and goals. Her approach is rooted in the belief that every person holds unique strengths and insights that can be nurtured to foster growth and healing.
In her clinical practice, Ameerah draws from a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based approaches. She adapts each session to meet the needs of the client in front of her, weaving in interventions that are both practical and empowering. Ameerah is especially committed to building strong therapeutic relationships, knowing that trust and collaboration are at the heart of effective counseling.
